Standard service is Mon–Sat, 8 AM – 8 PM. Emergency service is available 24/7. After-hours calls have a $125 emergency trip fee — I tell you that upfront before dispatching.
What's your warranty?+
Repairs: 2 years parts & labor. Installations: 10-year parts (manufacturer) + lifetime labor warranty from Chris Can Fix It. Thermostats: lifetime labor warranty.
What if I decline the repair?+
The diagnostic fee is still due — you're paying for professional time, testing, and the diagnosis. Even if you decline, you leave with clarity and a way to compare options.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — I'm fully insured with general liability coverage. EPA 608 Universal certified. If something goes wrong that's on me, I handle it professionally and quickly.
Do you work on plumbing and electrical too?+
Yes — full residential plumbing and electrical. Leak repair, water heaters, drain cleaning, breaker troubleshooting, outlets, ceiling fans, lighting — you name it. Licensed and insured for all of it.
